Achievement 2: key technology and application of virtual fitting for e-commerce environment

Introduction of achievements:This project studies how to use 2D digital image to reconstruct 3D shape of garment under the typical dilemma that users can't try it on themselves during online sales and customization of clothing, so as to realize high-precision simulation prediction and fitting and evaluation under different body shape / posture. In this study, a simulation method of virtual clothing for e-commerce environment is established, the automatic measurement method of human body model is established, and the synchronous deformation method between clothing and human body under different posture is established. The dynamic / static simulation of different body shape / posture can be realized, and the scientific representation and accurate evaluation of clothing fitness in network environment are established. The project has been popularized and applied in two fields of traditional garment processing industry and clothing network marketing. It has played an important role in promoting garment enterprises to enter the high-tech oriented e-commerce practice and network marketing, including online clothing customization. It won the third prize of science and technology award of China Textile Industry Federation in 2013.

 

Achievement 3: key technology and series product development of far infrared nano functional health clothing structure based on Ergonomics

The products developed by this project meet the needs of modern people for health, comfort, environmental protection and low-carbon life, and have broad application prospects and promotion value. Achievement 4: Garment customization intelligent production system for small and medium enterprises

To a certain extent, the technology solves the problems of rapid measurement, rapid design and flexible and efficient production in the process of customized production of small and medium-sized garment enterprises. The hanging production mode, intelligent production management software and RFID technology have greatly improved the intelligent management level of small and medium-sized clothing enterprises. The project won the third prize of science and technology award of China Textile Industry Federation in 2014.

 

Achievement 5: Construction and innovation of advanced manufacturing engineering in medium-sized garment enterprises based on Information Technology
