Resin and fixing agent can avoid the problem of friction and fading, especially suitable for deep color denim. In addition, the waterproof treatment also helps to prevent fading problems when finishing and wearing out.

        

        Vulcanization washing.. The principle is the same.. But vulcanization only washes out gray

        

        The most simple way is to mix the fried stone or rubber ball with potassium permanganate solution, and then put it in the washing machine to "wash" or "stir fry". The main feature is that the fading effect is remarkable. At the beginning, it is used to stir fry the stone or glue ball with potassium permanganate solution, and then put it in the washing machine to "wash" or "fry", Stir fried clothes will have a more obvious "snowflake" effect, so it is named. Copying snowflakes ~ ~ is dry copying ~ ~ there is no water in the machine ~ just use rubber balls and stones ~ and chemical solution ~ ~ after copying, you can make a lot of colors ~ ~ you can color ~ ~ black can make a variety of colors

        The washing and finishing technology of jeans clothing has developed from traditional rinsing and stone grinding to enzyme washing and stone grinding. Nowadays, the more popular technologies are cellulase stone grinding finishing, biological polishing finishing and non iron finishing of cotton clothing. Now the process formula and operation requirements of each process are described as follows.

          

        ① Desizing.

        The purpose of desizing is to remove the size from the garment, so as to provide good production conditions for post-processing. As most denim uses starch or modified starch size, amylase can be used for desizing. The common desizing process formula (per liter): bf-7658 amylase 1-2g, salt 2-5g, penetrant 1-2g, glacial acetic acid 0.5-1.5ml, softener 0-2g. The technological conditions are as follows: pH 6-7, bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 50-60 C, time 30 min. Because there is usually residual alkali on denim, acetic acid is added into desizing bath to adjust pH value of 6-7 to make bf-7658 amylase play the best performance. The addition of softener is to produce streaks during desizing of some heavy denim fabrics.

        

        ② Cellulase grinding finish.

        Cellulase is a kind of water-soluble products, such as short chain polysaccharides and glucose, which can hydrolyze the cellulose surface. As denim dyeing and finishing is only on the surface of the fiber, cellulase can partly hydrolyze the cellulose surface and remove the dye attached to the fiber surface. According to the requirement of pH value of water bath in stone mill washing process, cellulase is divided into acid cellulase and neutral cellulase. The optimum pH value of acid cellulase was 4.5-5.5 (sensitive to pH value and low price). The optimum pH value of neutral cellulase was 6-8 (stable for pH value and high price).

        The technological conditions were as follows: cellulase 1.0% ~ 1.5% (for clothing weight), pH value 4.5 ~ 5.5 (acid enzyme), 6 ~ 8 (neutral enzyme), processing time 45 ~ 120 min, temperature 50 ~ 60 C, pumice dosage 0 ~ 0.5 kg / kg clothing (depending on the degree of aging), bath ratio 1:10 ~ 15. The amount of pumice can be greatly reduced (only about 25% of the original pumice amount) and even no pumice can be used. At the same time, it can increase the washing capacity of washing machine and reduce environmental pollution. Due to the reduction of pumice grinding on the clothes, the clothes feel soft, natural and bright after washing. In the process of stone mill washing, the indigo dyes which fall off in the water bath have obvious back staining phenomenon when the pH is below 6, which causes the denim seam containing inlay line and inner pocket material to turn blue, and the blue / white contrast style after finishing is reduced. When the pH of water bath is above 7, the phenomenon of back staining will be obviously reduced. Therefore, neutral cellulase is suitable for high-grade garment finishing. Acid cellulase can be used in low grade and various stone mill washing processes.

        

        ③ Biological polishing finishing.

        Polishing enzyme is a kind of protein which plays a special catalytic role on the 1,4 - β - glucose bond of cellulose. The enzyme molecule is more than 1000 times larger than water molecule, so it can not penetrate into the fiber. Hydrolysis can only be carried out on the 1.4-p-glucose bond on or near the cellulose fiber surface.

        The formula of biopolishing finishing was as follows: biopolishing enzyme 0.5% ~ 2.0% (for clothing weight), temperature 45 ~ 55 ℃, time 30 ~ 60min, penetrant 0.5g/l, pH 4.5 ~ 5.5 (adjusted with 98% HAC 0.5ml and sodium acetate 0.5g per liter), bath ratio 1:10 ~ 15. It is difficult to see the surface fluff of the clothes treated by biological polishing enzyme, and it is not easy to produce pilling phenomenon. The moisture absorption, drapability and hand feeling of the clothes are improved obviously. The method of controlling 3% - 5% weight loss of clothes is used to judge the effect of finishing, and there is no excessive damage to the strength. However, after bio polishing, some of the colors change greatly, which should be paid attention to in use.

        

        ④ Easy care finishing of cotton clothing.

        In order to remove the residual alkali from the clothes, desizing, washing, neutralization and re cleaning should be carried out before easy care finishing. Because the base can cause the catalyst to lose its function.

        The formula of ironing resin finishing is: LF--2 resin (American sun products) 100 ~ 130g / L, 531 (magnesium chloride catalyst) 25g / L, double amino silicone emulsion AV--910 40-60g / L, non-ionic penetrant 2 ~ 4G / L, bath ratio 10 ~ 10, room temperature 10 - L.

        The technological process is as follows: the clothes are dehydrated after dipping (70% - 80% of liquid content) → drying (drying below 65 ℃ to moisture content of 5% - 10%) → ironing and setting → hanging rack baking (150-160 ℃, 5-15min). After easy care finishing, the clothing can meet the needs of customers in terms of handle, elasticity, wrinkle resistance and residual formaldehyde content (below 100mg / kg).
